INGREDIENTS

- 4 chicken breasts, skin off
- 1 onion, chopped into squares
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 250g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 200 ml (1Cup) hot chicken soup
- 1 envelope mushroom sauce
- 200g milk cream
- 100 g Ham cut into strips
- 15g butter
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the butter in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the onion and the garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes. Then mix in the chopped mushrooms and strips of ham and fry for a further 3 minutes. Season the chicken on both sides with black pepper and salt and then fry for 5 minutes. Turn the breasts over and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Besides chicken broth mixed with the sauce over the mushrooms until they completely dissolve the contents of the envelope. Then add the sauce to the preparation of chicken in the pan for about 5-7 minutes, until broth mixture thickens to sauce. When the sauce is ready add the cream and if desired a few slices of cheese to accompany the dish when serving.
EXPERIENCE WITH THE RECIPE
This is the first recipe I prepared. I remember preparing the recipe when I invite my closest coworkers to lunch in my home. They are very surprised when taste the dish because it was my first preparation, and It was very exquisite, they congratulate me. It is one of my favorite dishes, I love the mushrooms in a lot of recipes.
