Grilled fish with fried plantains and rice

Ingredients for 4 people:

-          2 pounds of fish
-          350 grams of rice
-          2 cups water
-          2 green plantains
-          1 liter of oil
-          Ketchup
-          Salt

Preparation:

Put on a pot of rice 2 cups of water to one part rice along with salt and oil and cook for 20 to 30 minutes while the fish that put in a pan with a little oil to roast for 10 each side.
