Ranch Beans Recipe

When I was a child, I didn’t like to eat and I hated to eat pork rinds, avocado, hickpeas,  lentils, boiled meat. I ate very little because I was capricious but when my daddy cooked  “Ranch Beans” I could eat two portions. I ate rice, pork rinds, avocado whit the “Ranch  Beans…”




Ingredients

Ranch Beans for 4 people

A pound of beans

250 grams of spaghetti

250 grams of ranch sausages coarsely chopped

One cube of rib substance

3 garlic cloves

3 pieces of branch onion coarsely chopped

125 grams of ketchup 


Preparation

1. Put the beans in water for one day

2. Cook the beans in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes

3. Pour the spaghetti and cook until it’s ready. While stir-fry the sausages

4. When the spaghetti is ready, to pour the sausages, ketchup, rib substance, garlic and the branch onion tied, because when the beans are ready the onion is removed.

5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
