Recipe:
3/4 cups of lemon´s juice
4 cups of milk
1 cup of milk cream
sugar, ice and grated lemon's rind
Put all in the blender and then add sugar and ice. Finally serve in a glass and decorate with lemon's rind.
My anecdote:
Long time ego when i was learning to cook, i decided make a lemon´s sherbet; so, i read a recipe, then
i put all the recipes in the blinder.
Then i tasted my sherbet and it was very bitter and acid, so i check again the recipe and i understood my mistake. I put a lot of lemon´s juice (4 cups). It was impossible to drink that. Finally my sherbet end in the garbage.
